Questions

What approvals does a new home need?

Full planning permission and building regulations approval, plus connections for water, drainage and power arranged with the utilities.

Will my lender need a warranty?

Mortgage lenders normally require a 10-year structural warranty on a newly built home, arranged before work starts.
